ADVASTEROL NATURAL PLANT STEROLS

Supported by numerous clinical studies, plant sterols are backend by EFSA and the FDA as one of the most effective ingredients used for cholesterol reduction. According to the FDA.
"Daily consumption of a total of at least 0.8 grams of plant sterols in two meals may reduce the risk of heart disease when part of a diet low in fat and cholesterol."
While structurally similar to cholesterol, plant sterols are metabolized differently, Plant sterols work by blocking the absortion of cholesterol into the bloodstream, thus significantly reducing the impact of cholesterol-containing foods on the level of LDL cholesterol.

Lecithin is one of the most versatile ingredients in the food industry. Traditionally sourced from soybean due to its availability, concerns over GMO and allergen content. Given AOM's experience in looking for new sources of Tocopherol and our access to the raw material, whe have developed a sunflower-sourced substitute, delivering all the benefits of the soybean product while appealing to a much health consience consumer base.

With a comparable phospholipid content and distribution to it's well-known soybean homologue, Sunvolec can be used in a similar range of applications with almost identical formulation, while guaranteeing Non-GMO and clean allergen label due to the pure sunflower source
